Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us at info@valtrist.com or call +1 (815) 454-4162 as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
