Q1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.

Q2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, making the total estimated delivery time 5–11 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Q3. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required — shipping is always free.

Q4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@valtrist.com with your order number and reason for return. Q5. What sizes do you offer?
Our co-ord sets are currently available in Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the best fit. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order as sizing can vary between styles.

Q6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Q7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@valtrist.com or call +1 (815) 454-4162. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

Q8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@valtrist.com. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Q9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.

Q11. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
