1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or U.S. public holidays.
- During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a delay, customers will be notified via email.
2. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Valtrist operates as an online retail store and partners with U.S.-based fulfillment centers and logistics providers to process and ship orders.
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from partner warehouses located within the United States.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times include processing time + carrier transit time.
United States Shipping
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–8 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–11 business days

4. Shipping Cost
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Valtrist is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment/unit numbers
- Incomplete address details
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional reshipping charges may apply.
7. Shipping Limitations
Currently:
- We ship within the United States only
- We do not ship internationally
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
- We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our support team will assist in opening a carrier investigation if necessary.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may require confirmation with the shipping provider before a replacement or refund can be issued.
9. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The shipping address is incorrect
- Delivery attempts fail
- The package is unclaimed
In such cases, the order may be refunded or reshipped according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may occasionally be restricted due to size, logistics limitations, or carrier restrictions.
If an item cannot be shipped, customers will be notified immediately and refunded if necessary.
