Thank you for shopping at Valtrist. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you make a purchase from https://valtrist.com/.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed on the next business day.

Our business days are Monday through Saturday.

In the event of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified via email if this occurs.


2. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouses located within the United States.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all United States orders.

No shipping fees are charged at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Valtrist is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Shipping Limitations

At this time:

  • We ship within the United States only
  • We do not offer international shipping
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier. Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier may require an official carrier investigation before a resolution can be provided.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed shipments

Refunds or reshipments will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping. If an item cannot be shipped, you will be notified before order processing is completed.
