1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved:

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
